History of Kohl Marketing

• 1975 Haynie, Inc. purchases the A. B. Kohl Sales Company. A.B. Kohl Sales Company was founded in 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland
  

• 1991 Haynie, Inc. creates a new company, Kohl Marketing, Inc., to operate as the southern operation of A. B. Kohl Sales Company with headquarters
  established in Roswell, Georgia
  

• 2008 Kohl Marketing expands into the Southwest region of the United States
